About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven Head of Global Partners to lead and expand Ceragon’s strategic relationships with global partners and OEMs across all regions. This role combines business development, partner management, and hands-on sales leadership to maximize growth through our partners.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting and enabling strategic partnerships, global telecom sales, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve ambitious targets.

What Will You Do as Part of The Role?

  •  Lead and develop a high-performing global Business Operations team (6 people), foster collaboration across regions and functions.
  • Own the end-to-end management of the company’s sales funnel, ensuring data integrity, pipeline health, and visibility from lead to close.
  • Implement and optimize opportunity management methodologies and sales enablement tools and processes.
  • Support and oversee the sales compensation process, including target setting, campaign design, spiffs, and plan administration.
  • Work closely with Sales leadership to align forecasts with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and drive actionable insights.
  • Facilitate onboarding and adoption of Salesforce across global sales teams, ensuring engagement and best practices.
  •  Partner with cross-functional teams to lead and support the implementation of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tools.

Hybrid Position – 2 days per week from home

Requirements

What does it require from you?

  •  7+ years of experience in Sales or Business Operations, preferably in the tech or telecommunications sector.
  •  Proven leadership experience managing international teams.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, with experience in Salesforce and CPQ tools.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, forecasting, and operational planning.
  • Experience designing and managing sales compensation plans.
  • Excellent communication and change management skills with the ability to influence and onboard stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
  •  Self-starter with a strategic mindset, hands-on approach, and passion for driving operational excellence.
