What The Job Covers

  • Oversee all Recruitment, Staffing, for GPC offices and team across Asia countries. 
     
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
     
  • Responsible for recruitment & staffing from end-to-end processes for fulltime employee and
    freelancers/contractors and the on boarding for new employees.

     
  • Manage all HR documents - create, maintain, and update confidential HR records for new or existing staff as required. For example, preparing new employee employment contract, letter of offer, staff company handbook and forms 
     
  • Keep abreast of HR Regulation, and in compliance with Government and Man Power Policy.  
     
  • To manage and update HR records – i.e. probationary period reviews, performance reviews, any disciplinary actions 
     
  • Acting as HRBP and liaise with all employees and line managers on the day to day operation. 
     
  • Assisting Head of HR in designing Training and Development program 
     
  • Represent company and starting and manage external relationship with universities, organization or other third parties that will be useful for the company branding together with Head of HR. 
     
  • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
     
  • Building up and maintain close relationships with employees to be able to manage their expectations and needs. 
     
  • Working closely with HR Team, Finance and Operation team.
     


Who we’re looking for

  • 2+ years of HR Generalist knowledge with expertise across all HR administrative and operational functional area. Talent Acquisition experience is an advantage. (Media/Creative agency background desired, but it's not a must!)
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, business, or related field
  • Passion for providing excellent candidate experience & process improvements
  • Ability to work swiftly, manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive: Goes above and beyond with service, deliverables, and communication
  • High level of curiosity and strong critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to communicate professionally, timely and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times with employees and candidates.
