Global Trade (GT) requirements exist to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to economic sanctions and the export and import of products, services and technical data. 

As an Authorization Senior Analyst, you will be working with Authorization Management, supporting the team and the business with daily tactical processes and approvals, assisting with managing regulatory and Collins internal authorizations, assisting with Global Trade related investigations, and other activities as assigned.

Authorization Senior Analyst will also work with the Collins Global Trade Program (training, policies, processes, implementation & metrics); using digital technology and physical safeguards to manage transfers compliantly and efficiently; ensuring compliant transfers of physical goods and intangible items; and addressing regulatory and policy violations to prevent recurrence and drive continuous improvement.

What You Will Do:

  • Supporting daily Global Trade transactional requests for approval.
  • Working closely with Global Trade employees to ensure completion of authorization related administrative tasks associated with approvals, activation, use, management and dispositioning, and that authorizations records and repositories are accurate.
  • Supporting Regulatory Compliance audits and investigations.
  • Coordinating with key business partners in support of Authorization team activities and initiatives.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
  • Working on projects, as assigned.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
  • Prior experience with Microsoft 365 Office applications.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Knowledge of the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
  • Experience working with SAP/GTS and/or OCR.
  • The ability to organize and manage competing priorities, meet multiple goals, plans and milestones and escalate when there are issues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal/soft skills in a dynamic environment.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
