Lead Generation Specialist ZR_23108_JOB

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Contact 200-300 leads daily from existing database
  
• Conduct initial qualification calls to verify interest in portable oxygen concentrators
  
• Perform immediate live transfers of qualified leads to sales representatives
  
• Update Hubspot CRM with call outcomes and notes
  
• Send follow-up text messages through VOIP system
  
• Deploy pre-recorded voicemails for non-answers
  
• Follow up with leads between days 2-10 of the buying cycle
  
• Contact leads that are 15+ days old
  
• Enroll non-interested contacts in email campaigns through Hubspot
  

Requirements:

• Neutral or minimal accent
  
• Strong English communication skills
  
• Experience with CRM systems, particularly Hubspot
  
• Ability to handle high-volume calling environments
  
• Professional phone manner and clear speaking voice
  
• Comfort working with elderly population (70s-80s age range)
  
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
  
• Ability to work US hours (Eastern, Mountain, or Pacific time zones)
