  • Drive business development for BESS, Trackers/Fixed, and Modules in Eastern Europe.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing teams to meet sales and profit goals.
  • Prepare and present regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking reports.

Job description

Responsibilities
  • Business Development for all three business lines: BESS, Trackers/Fixed and Modules in Eastern Europe 
  • Market Research: Research the latest in the business industry and create new opportunities to expand business 
  • Collaboration: Co-operate with Sales and Product Marketing teams to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals
  • Uncovering new opportunities in new emerging markets 
  • Prequalifying leads for Sales Team 
  • Monthly Market Analysis update and overviews 
  • Competitor’s and SWOT Analysis
  • Helping to create a business strategy and plan for the region 
  • Ensure effective reporting of all activities, business opportunities, competitor’s benchmarking, and market trends to the Sales Head on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
  • Represent the company in local and national exhibitions, conferences and events promoting and responsible for selling all products of Trina Solar (Modules, Trackers/Fixed Tilt and BESS) 
  • Market location may change based on the market and company needs
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years’ previous experience within a similar role in an international company, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry
  • Strong interpersonal presentation and communication skills, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Great understanding of company products or services, market knowledge, communication and negotiation skills, ability to build rapport, time management, and planning skills 
  • Target-driven, adaptable to change, and passionate about sales and solar/BESS with a dynamic and motivated approach
  • Willingness to travel regularly
  • BESS experience and knowledge will be an advantage
  • This role is home based remotely within Poland 
  • Languages: Fluent written and spoken language skills in English and Polish. Any additional European language would be a plus
