Remote Role
We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our Data Governance, Quality, and Architecture initiatives. This critical role will shape and implement data management strategies to drive data integrity, compliance, and analytics enablement across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enforce enterprise-wide data governance policies, standards, and data quality frameworks.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to define data ownership, access controls, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, ITAR).
Lead MDM initiatives to consolidate and streamline customer, product, and transaction data across cloud and on-prem systems.
Build and maintain metadata catalogs, data dictionaries, and data lineage documentation.
Guide data architecture decisions supporting analytics, ERP, and AI strategy.
Identify and resolve data quality issues through audits, reconciliations, and proactive monitoring.
Drive lifecycle data management strategies, including classification, retention, and de-duplication.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
10+ years in data architecture, engineering, or governance roles.
5+ years hands-on with MDM, data quality management, and enterprise data platforms.
Strong understanding of ERP systems (IFS, SAP), data modeling, and regulatory compliance.
Experience with data tools like Informatica, Oracle, Epsilon, etc.
Preferred certifications: CDMP, CIMP, or related data governance credentials.
