Key responsibilities:

  • Perform core tasks within the Case Management Team, including triage, processing, and documentation of safety cases.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contribute to quality systems.
  • Assist Project Leaders with pharmacovigilance activities and manage SAE case entry and submissions.
  • Maintain effective communication with PVG leadership and participate in client meetings as required.

About the Role

We are looking for a PVG Associate I who will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and compliant handling of safety case activities within the Case Management Team supporting the early access programs. 

What will your job look like?

  • Perform core tasks within the Case Management Team, including triage, processing, and documentation
  • Ensure all activities are completed accurately and within established deadlines
  • Support PVG Admin with compliance and reconciliation tasks
  • Assist Project Leaders with pharmacovigilance activities as needed
  • Manage SAE case entry, triage, regulatory assessments, and submissions
  • Maintain effective communication with PVG leadership and project teams
  • Liaise with the Pharmacovigilance Department on workload and project updates
  • Participate in client communication, meetings, and preparation as required
  • Provide back-up support for Pharmacovigilance Assistants and Leads
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contribute to quality systems

What will you need to succeed?

  • Educated to degree level in Pharmacy, Biological Science or similar 
  • Experience within a CRO environment would be advantageous
  • Previous PVG experience is necessary
