RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

• Atuar na implementação do SAP HCM, com foco nos processos de Remuneração e Benefícios;
• Representar a área de C&B nos fóruns de projeto, definindo regras de negócio e validando entregas;
• Apoiar na parametrização de estruturas de cargos, grades salariais, pacotes de benefícios e ciclos de meritocracia e bônus;
• Garantir o correto mapeamento, desenho e configuração dos processos de C&B no sistema;
• Participar ativamente da construção e execução de testes (unitários, integrados e UAT);
• Trabalhar em conjunto com os times de tecnologia e consultoria parceira para garantir a entrega técnica alinhada às políticas internas;
• Apoiar a definição de integrações com plataformas de benefícios e ferramentas analíticas.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Experiência sólida em Benefícios e Remuneração (Compensation & Benefits);
• Conhecimento prático de estruturas de cargos, tabelas salariais, remuneração variável (PLR, bônus) e políticas de benefícios;
• Vivência em projetos de implementação de sistemas de RH, especialmente SAP HCM;
• Experiência com parametrização de regras, testes de sistema e acompanhamento de entregas técnicas;
• Desejável: Conhecimento em integrações SAP com sistemas de folha, plataformas de benefícios ou ferramentas de dados/analytics. Experiência prévia com módulos PA, PY e ECM (ou SF Compensation).
