Your mission

This role sits at the heart of our marketing team — where growth and product come together. With strong positioning, smart launches, and data-backed campaigns, you’ll help us attract and convert more of the right customers, faster.
As part of the marketing organization, you’ll act as the strategic connector between product and go-to-market, ensuring every release and customer insight translates into measurable business impact.


Here's how you'll make an impact:

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies: positioning, messaging, and persona-driven segmentation. 

  • Translate deep customer insights into compelling messaging through research, interviews, and behavioral analysis. 

  • Monitor the competitive landscape and market trends to sharpen strategic direction. 

  • Create and optimize conversion-driven content: landing pages, campaign assets, and in-product messaging. 

  • Own CRO and experimentation, running A/B tests to improve performance across the funnel. 

  • Leverage AI tools to scale research, content generation, and personalization with speed. 


Your qualification

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in the SMB segment. 

  • You have broad digital marketing expertise + a strong track record of strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution — you know how to go from insight to impact. 

  • Proven ability to craft clear, benefit-driven messaging that translates complex features into tangible value. 

  • Experience with conversion rate optimization, experimentation, and funnel optimization. 

  • Comfort working in cross-functional teams, especially close collaboration with product. 

  • Curiosity and a proactive mindset when it comes to leveraging AI tools for research, creation and optimization. 

  • Fluency in German (native level) and strong English skills (C1+) to operate confidently across teams and markets. 

  • You live in Germany.
