Job description

To participate in the day-to-day implementation of publicity plans for each of the Cosmax brand portfolios.

To work with, and support, your colleagues as necessary to achieve the agreed brand objectives and results, whilst developing the necessary skills to enable you to grow and develop as a Communications and Influencer professional.

This is a fixed-term contractual role created to provide coverage during the maternity leave of one of our current team members

KEY COMMUNICATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparation of press reports for international brand principles, as per specified timings and formats(Monthly) with both a visual & analytical view, showing increases and decreases Month to Month & Yr to Yr - following specific templates and working with Communications and influencer managers
  • Draft press releases and e-blasts inline with long leads and short leads timings
  • Assist in briefing daily media product callouts for journalists to assistant to execute efficiently & in line with launch timings or features
  • Update weekly plans to share with local marketing teams
  • Monthly maintenance and update cupboard stock

KEY KOL PARTNERSHIPS (Paid & Non-Paid) & SOCIAL MEDIA RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reporting on all activities through analytical tool for both paid and non-paid activity
  • Follow up of invoices from KOLS and agencies

DIGITAL

  • On request to resize images on Adobe photoshop for the digital team

BUDGET & ADMINISTRATION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for raising POs with manager and place in invoice tracker per month for all pr and digital media activities (Events, KOL partnerships, digital media agencies, suppliers)
  • Update and maintain the invoice tracker for pr activities and media campaigns.
  • Review the invoice tracker with respective managers relevant to ensure the invoice was sent to finance, coded and the status.
  • Coordinate the invoice tracker meeting with the respective managers from Communications and Digital team
  • Book and & Track Flash Couriers
  • Manage and maintain an up-to-date media database for all media channels, including print, online, bloggers, influencers radio and television
  • Briefing & monitoring of Weekly PR form (reporting product sent out and editorial received) coordination with Communications Assistant
  • Liaise with Marketing Team to manage ordering and arrival of press kits and press stock with the aid of Communications Assistant
  • Monitor and internally report the value of publicity through monthly reports with the aid of the communications and influencer managers.

OTHERS

  • Ad Hoc assistance with tasks as directed by the Communications & Digital Director and Managers
  • Ongoing responsibilities and projects expected as the role progresses, and department grows.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills, including multi-tasking and prioritising
  • Proficient Adobe Photoshop
  • Proficient Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.

Experience

  • Minimum 1+years administration, experience across beauty, PR, Communications or Media/Influencer partnerships highly desired
