Role Summary
We are hiring a Jr. Marketing Analyst to support our Director of Growth in the day-to-day execution of advertising and digital marketing operations. No prior experience in media buying is required—we’re looking for someone with sharp instincts, great attention to detail, and a relentless work ethic.
This is a rare chance to learn from some of the best media buyers in the industry while supporting the backend of multi-platform ad campaigns. You will be involved in organizing campaign materials, tracking deliverables, managing project timelines, and communicating across internal teams.

What Your Day Will Look Like
- Daily check-ins and priority reviews with Director of Growth
- Maintain campaign trackers and timelines using Google Sheets or project tools
- Coordinate with internal teams (copy, video, creative, analytics) for campaign readiness
- Monitor tasks, flag blockers, and ensure assets are submitted on time
- Assist with data logging, screenshot gathering, and simple reporting
- Organize campaign files and document processes to improve team efficiency
- Follow clear SOPs for routine tasks and ask questions when unclear
- Track creative tests and results to understand what’s working and why
Key Responsibilities
- Support media buyers and the Growth team with backend campaign coordination
- Ensure campaign assets (copy, creative, URLs, trackers) are organized and complete
- Liaise across teams to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
- Update reporting documents, input screenshots, and track performance trends
- Maintain tight SOPs and ensure repeatable, scalable workflows
- Own your projects—raise flags when something is stuck or incomplete
- Take initiative and propose solutions when you see inefficiencies
Requirements
- Based in the Philippines with availability to work California PST full-time hours
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Able to follow instructions precisely and deliver on time
- Resourceful and proactive—figures things out without waiting to be told every step
- Strong communication skills—asks questions early when unsure
- Adaptable and excited to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Basic comfort with tools like Google Sheets, ClickUp, and email (we’ll train you on the rest)
- Deep hunger to learn media buying and grow in digital marketing
- Willing to work hard, meet deadlines, and be held to high standards
