Teacher/Tutor

At Staff4Me, we are seeking passionate and dedicated Teachers/Tutors to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape young minds by providing personalized instruction and guidance to students. You will work collaboratively with students to foster a love of learning and help them achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to the individual needs of students.
• Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions in various subjects.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Create a nurturing and encouraging learning environment.
• Engage students in academic discussions and promote critical thinking.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field; teaching certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a teacher or tutor.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum and instructional strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess student learning needs and customize instruction accordingly.
• Patience and enthusiasm for working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Prior experience with online teaching platforms is a plus.
