Pavago is hiring a results-driven Sales Development Representative to support our client’s AI and hybrid cloud solutions. In this role, you’ll focus on outbound prospecting, cold calling, and booking qualified appointments with enterprise decision-makers. Success means setting at least one meeting per day and driving real pipeline growth. Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients interested in AI and hybrid cloud solutions through targeted prospecting across LinkedIn, email, and outbound platforms.
  • Appointment Setting: Consistently book 1–4 qualified meetings per day with decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, Heads of Innovation, etc.), supporting the sales pipeline and accelerating go-to-market efforts.
  • Cold Calling & Follow-Up: Execute high-volume cold calling campaigns to engage new leads, nurture warm prospects, and ensure consistent follow-up to drive conversions.
  • CRM Management: Track all outreach activities, call outcomes, and meeting results accurately in the CRM system, maintaining clean, up-to-date records for reporting and collaboration.
  • Collaboration with Sales Leadership: Work closely with the founder and senior sales team to refine scripts, optimize targeting strategies, and align outreach efforts with evolving business goals.
  • AI Solution Familiarity: Possess a strong understanding of AI-driven products and be able to effectively communicate the value of AI solutions to potential clients, ensuring conversations are relevant and technically informed.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Proven SDR Experience: 1–2 years of success in outbound sales or lead generation, ideally within AI, cloud hosting, or tech solution environments.
  • Cold Calling Proficiency: Comfortable making 80–120 cold calls per day with a focus on converting conversations into qualified appointments.
  • Lead Qualification & Appointment Booking: Demonstrated ability to generate at least 1 appointment per day, with the potential to scale to 3–4 daily with the right process and tools.
  • Tech-Savvy and Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with AI, hybrid cloud, or IT infrastructure solutions, and ability to speak to key pain points in these industries.
  • CRM & Sales Tools Expertise: Hands-on experience using tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage outreach and pipeline.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication; able to engage prospects, overcome objections, and build rapport with senior decision-makers.
  • Self-Motivated & Results-Driven: Takes initiative, tracks metrics, and iterates quickly based on performance to meet and exceed outreach and booking goals.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?

As an SDR focused on AI and hybrid cloud solutions, you will be reviewing lead lists and identifying high-potential prospects across enterprise sectors. You’ll spend the bulk of your day conducting cold outreach—via calls, emails, and LinkedIn—with a clear goal: booking at least one qualified appointment daily. You’ll follow up with engaged leads, refine messaging based on responses, and coordinate closely with senior sales to ensure seamless hand-offs. All activities are logged and tracked to drive consistency, improve conversion, and build a predictable appointment pipeline.
