As we expand in Europe, we’re on the hunt for a Junior Business Central Consultant to join our growing Client Care & Delivery team!

What You'll Do:

As a Junior Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of helping our clients get the most out of their D365 BC systems. Don’t worry—we don’t expect you to know it all on day one. You’ll be learning from experienced consultants, shadowing their every step, and working directly with clients as you grow into the role.

Your typical responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting clients with day-to-day D365 BC issues and requests
  • Assisting in system configurations and small-scale customizations
  • Documenting client needs and working with senior consultants to deliver solutions
  • Participating in ongoing training and certification programs
  • Learning about business processes in finance, operations, sales, and more
  • Getting hands-on experience with one of the most in-demand ERP systems in the world

  • Are a recent graduate or early-career professional in IT, business, finance, or a related field
  • Have at least B2 Level of English

Prior exposure to Dynamics 365 Business Central, other ERP systems, or basic programming (e.g., AL, SQL) is a bonus, but not required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

Work Structure & Collaboration
