At Timescale, we empower businesses with real-time insights from their data, allowing them to make faster decisions and optimize operations. We are creating a movement to unblock developers who are building the future. Timescale is a product-led growth organization driven by transparent leaders and a globally diverse, remote-first team that is proudly building a modern PostgreSQL cloud platform.
As a
GTM Systems Manager at Timescale đŻ, youâll be the engine that keeps our revenue tools firing smoothly. Youâll own the tools that power our go-to-market teamsâlike Salesforce, Clay, Outreach, Gong, and Chili Piper- and ensure theyâre working seamlessly to drive productivity, visibility, and growth.
This role is equal parts systems expert, problem solver, and collaborator. Youâll report to our Head of Revenue Operations and work closely with our CRO and Sales team to eliminate friction, unblock issues, and bring clarity to the chaos as we scale. Youâll also play a strategic role in shaping the future of our GTM tech stack, helping us build for scale while staying scrappy.
đ
This role is remote. We are open to candidates in North American time zones with a preference for the East Coast United States due to the location of the team. Fluency in English is required.
What You Will Be Responsible For In This Role
- Managing and optimizing our GTM tech stack: Salesforce, Outreach, Clay, Gong, Chili Piper, and any future tools we adopt.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for system-related issues or requests, triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving them with urgency.
- Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to streamline processes and improve visibility into funnel metrics, productivity, and campaign effectiveness.
- Building and maintaining automation workflows and integrations to increase efficiency and reduce manual work across GTM functions.
- Maintaining clean, reliable, and accurate CRM data and ensuring itâs structured to support scalable reporting and decision-making.
- Proactively identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and leading system improvements end-to-end.
- Wearing many hats, from debugging logic trees to collaborating on strategic roadmap projects, is a hands-on, high-impact role.
You Could Be a Great Fit If You
- Have 5+ years of experience managing GTM systems (Salesforce is a must), and have worked with tools like Clay, Outreach, Gong, or Chili Piperâor similar.
- Thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments where priorities shift quickly and youâre often the one turning ambiguity into clarity.
- Are highly responsive and love being the go-to person who unblocks others. You treat each request with care and urgency.
- Are a systems thinker whoâs just as comfortable in the weeds as you are stepping back to architect improvements for the future.
- Have a track record of owning projects end-to-end: scoping, building, communicating, and delivering results.
- Understand the sales process and have experience supporting Sales or GTM teams from a systems perspective.
- Take pride in delivering clean, scalable processes, but youâre also not afraid to duct tape something together to move quickly when needed.
- Believe that organizations are strongest when they reflect the diversity of the world around them, and you actively work to make that a reality.
You Might Not Be a Great Fit If
- You prefer to specialize narrowly and arenât interested in learning new tools or systems.
- Youâre not comfortable being a systems team of one (for now) and juggling multiple responsibilities.
- You need highly defined processes and struggle with ambiguity or shifting priorities.
- You prefer to plan for months before executing. We believe in thoughtful, fast iteration.
- Youâre slow to respond to urgent requests or prefer to stay heads-down and unavailable.
- You want to stay behind the scenesâthis is a collaborative, highly visible role.
If youâre excited about building a modern GTM stack and being a force multiplier for a growing sales org, weâd love to hear from you.
Our Commitment
- We will respond to all applicants
- We strive to review all applications fairly, without bias, and shortlist based on relevant skills and experience.
- All active candidates will be informed of what is happening next in the process.
