HiCareer is hiring UX Researchers on behalf of our clients — fast-growing SaaS and digital product companies across Europe. These teams are scaling their product functions and need researchers who can bring clarity to the user experience, reduce guesswork, and support better product decisions.

You’ll be hired by HiCareer and matched to a long-term assignment where your skills and experience fit the needs of the client.

🎯 What You’ll Do

You’ll work closely with Product and Design teams to deliver user research throughout the product lifecycle:

Plan and conduct qualitative research (e.g. interviews, usability testing)
Run lightweight quantitative surveys and analyze behavioral data
Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights
Collaborate with PMs and designers to influence product direction
Strengthen feedback loops between users and product development

✅ What We’re Looking For

2–5 years in UX Research, user insights, or product discovery
Strong in qualitative methods, with some experience in quantitative approaches
Excellent communication and synthesis skills
Familiar with tools like Maze, Dovetail, Typeform, Hotjar, Notion, and Figma
Bonus: experience working remotely with cross-functional product teams
