  • Provide proactive support and assistance to clients, ensuring their questions and issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Collect client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements based on client needs and suggestions.
  • Act as a facilitator between clients and all other departments, ensuring the client's voice is heard and demands are addressed across all areas.

Job description

Responsabilidades e atribuições:

  • Fornecer suporte e assistência proativa aos clientes, garantindo que suas dúvidas e problemas sejam resolvidos de maneira eficiente e eficaz;
  • Coletar feedback dos clientes e colaborar com outras equipes internas para implementar melhorias baseadas nas necessidades e sugestões dos clientes;
  • Atuar como facilitador entre clientes e todos os outros departamentos da empresa, fazendo com que a voz do cliente seja ouvida e sejam solucionadas as demandas por todas as áreas.

Requisitos e qualificações:

  • Experiência anterior com atendimento, no que envolve a integração, manutenção e retenção de clientes;
  • Afinidade com plataformas de atendimento como Zendesk, Microsoft 365, Slack e CRM;
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar 6 horas por dia (36h semanais) em escalas e turno tarde/noite, no modelo 6x1.
  • Residir no Brasil.
