Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across diverse roles to support our rapid growth. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, maintain a positive candidate experience, and ensure our recruitment process aligns with our brand values and goals.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
Use job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools to source and attract top talent.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Maintain a pool of potential candidates for future roles (talent pipeline).
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Communicate promptly and professionally with candidates regarding updates and feedback.
Hiring Process Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Assist with drafting and posting job advertisements to attract diverse applicants.
Maintain accurate records of all recruiting activities using the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Collaboration with Hiring Teams:
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.
Provide recommendations and insights to improve the hiring process.
Employer Branding:
Support initiatives to enhance Flex Living’s employer brand through social media and recruitment campaigns.
Represent Flex Living at job fairs, networking events, and other talent outreach activities.

About You
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field
Experience: 1-2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition (entry-level candidates with strong skills will also be considered).
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
A proactive and creative approach to sourcing talent.
Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws is a plus.
