Job Title: Remote Appointment Setter (100% Work From Home)


Location: Remote from Latin America


Position Type: Full-time


Salary: $1,200 USD/month fixed during the first 60–90 days. After the initial period, a performance-based compensation plan will be added.


Schedule:

  • Schedule 1: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Mountain Time
  • Schedule 2: Wednesday to Sunday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Mountain Time


Job Overview:

Our client is a home remodeling company that specializes in kitchens, baths and custom closets/garages. They are a family owned and operated company based out of Albuquerque, New Mexico. We are looking for a Remote Appointment Setter (also known as Lead Setter) that will be responsible for outbound and inbound calls to set leads/appointments for the sales team. They are also responsible for schedule management of our client's sales teams along with data entry into CRM systems.


They are critical as the first line of communication to customers before they meet the design consultants. The importance of their job is to call, qualify and confirm high quality appointments to give the sales team the best opportunity to close. Weekly reporting to measure metrics is also critical.



Responsibilities:

  • Outbound calls to all leads
  • Take inbound calls from all leads
  • Actively work lead sheets to set, qualify, confirm or reschedule appointments for sales team
  • Provide weekly reports to track metrics
  • Daily data entry on lead information into appropriate company CRM’s


Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Inbound/Outbound sales experience is required
  • Ability to develop rapport with customers over the phone
  • Proficient in computer and technology skills
  • Fluent in English (minimal accent if any) as well as fluent in Spanish
