Job Description

Record monthly journal entries, balances review on a monthly basis, support and problem solving related to payment to suppliers, coordinate electronic accounting team to recovery remittance advices from the supplier also provides support to Tax department for special requests.

Responsibilities

Monthly journal entries and accounting processes for payments in different currencies than USD and MXN
Prepare accounting reports for taxes (VAT Layout)
Follow up recovery of remmitance advice fiscal document from supplier
Development of metrics, analysis and reports that ensure to achieve the percentages requested by the company.
Participate in Internal Audit.
Attend Suppliers and tax team.
