Centric Consulting is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Contract Administrator for a temporary contract opportunity. The Contracts Administrator will provide administrative support for contracting resource-related agreements, including document preparation, agreement monitoring and compliance with agreement closeout procedures.
In this role, you will:
Prepare contract documents for third-party and contract resources, including master services agreements, statements of work, and any other required addendums, and ensure their proper execution.
Administer agreements, including negotiation and interpretation of contract language, to ensure compliance with terms and conditions of executed contracts.
Monitor Statements of Work end dates and manage their renewals.
Ensure compliance with insurance requirements by gathering Proof of Insurance from our contracting resources.
Communicate with Operating Group and project resources to evaluate compliance with contracts.
Support or participate in contract negotiations with suppliers, partners, or customers.
Partner with Centric’s legal counsel to review contract terms and identify any potential risk or compliance issues.
Examine supporting materials and agreement documents related to bids or contracts and provide guidance.
Participate in any necessary project or onboarding needs for subcontractors, including background screenings and communicating with applicable Shared Services team members for onboarding tasks.
Act as a liaison between the organization and subcontractors to implement and maintain contracts.
Maintain contract records to ensure compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements.
Assist as needed in other parts of Shared Services to ensure operations run smoothly.
Who You Are:
Minimum of 2+ years of relevant contracts administration experience.
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Experience working on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly.
