We are searching for the best talent for Senior Manager, Technical Field Service to be in Santa Clara, California.
- Lead all aspects of Service Technical and customer service operations, systems, commercial and performance for install base growth ramp up and commercialization of service offerings and service sales operations with oversight into business actions with owners across divisions in a matrixed organization.
- Provide technical and managerial leadership to the business development and commercial sales activities for the business units.
- Develop business strategic plans and drive implementation of operation execution strategies.
- Partner with business unit leaders to design complementary overall business unit strategies to ensure short-term tactical needs and longer-term ambition of the business unit.
- Provides leadership to assigned staff by performing the following: leading organization change action plans; develop action plans and empowering staff as owners to deliver on the plans; encouraging relationships; putting staff in a position to succeed, while also achieving interpersonal goals; building effective teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals; driving engagement and creating an atmosphere where staff are motivated to do their best.
- Lead, plan, handle, coordinate, activities vital to providing service products that meet quality specifications and are produced at optimum production cost.
- Develop accurate responses that are used in all situations that may occur to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all operations are controlled, validated, and in regulatory compliance and appropriate SOP’s and batch record documents exist and are followed and reviewed regularly.
- Lead budget targets while providing support to leaders to ensure adequate workforce staffing plans, parts inventory plans to meet demand as laid out in the annual budge.t
- Lead process efficiencies, variances, and procedures continually for improvements.
- Develop and drive implementation of strategic plans that will grow the business with existing customers and potential new customers.
- Lead strategic planning for the company by identifying capital needs, efficiency improvements, and long-term growth plans based on the company’s financial objectives.
- Participate in establishing strategic plans and objectives, supporting Leadership Team in making final decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensuring effective achievement of objectives.
- Lead staff to achieve tactical and strategic business goals, responsible for results including costing, staffing, and performance outcomes.
- Develop and provide support for new site start-up including Maintenance Programs and continuous business process improvements.
- Identify gaps which could cause business risk if left unresolved.
Additional Information:
- The anticipated base pay range for this position is $180,000 to $205,000 annually.
- The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
