Job title - Global Head of SAP Platform Enablement

Location – Remote – UK, US, India, Portugal or Netherlands

About the role

You will be responsible for the architecture and operation of our SAP RISE and SAP Cloud landscape, ensuring it supports both day-to-day operations and the realization of our Global Digital Transformation strategy.

You’ll lead a globally diverse team and collaborate with third parties to ensure the platform’s architecture and environment strategy align with business needs and project delivery.

Partnering with senior business leaders, you will shape the Malvern Panalytical Enterprise Architecture to enable the capabilities of a global manufacturing and digital organisation.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Defining and delivering our SAP Platform and Integrated Environment strategy

  • Provide leadership on SAP Technologies and their interactions and how they can support a wider Enterprise Architecture

  • Defining and managing delivery of the SAP Maintenance and Environment Plan

  • Platform Security, Availability and Operational Performance

  • Change Deployment

  • Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends to continuously improve the enterprise architecture

  • Management of a team to include coaching and mentoring to maintain high levels of motivation and employee achievement

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent) with 5+ years' experience in SAP architecture and operations across NetWeaver, HANA, and SAP Cloud technologies.

  • Extensive knowledge of SAP solutions, including S/4HANA, MDG, GTS, Ariba, SAP BTP, and other cloud platforms.

  • Proven experience managing complex SAP landscapes, including transport and change management across multiple environments.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive continuous improvement.

  • Skilled in SAP Enterprise Architecture delivery for global organizations, with familiarity in frameworks like TOGAF.

  • Excellent communication skills, able to clearly explain technical concepts and impacts to diverse business stakeholders.
