About the role

We’re looking for a dedicated IT Business Consultant -  Source to Pay to join our team on a permanent basis. In this role, you’ll lead the way in SAP S/4 Procurement Processes and OpenText Vendor Invoice Management, delivering smart IT solutions for a global manufacturing business.

You’ll play a key role in supporting and developing the end-to-end Source-to-Pay process bringing together SAP S/4 and Ariba to enable seamless, efficient procurement operations.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Collaborate closely with the Source-to-Pay Global Process Owner to identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure alignment with global procurement strategies.

  • Provide expert input on SAP S/4HANA Procurement processes, driving process optimization, standardization, and best practice adoption across the business.

  • Own and manage the IT solutions for the Source-to-Pay domain, ensuring systems are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business goals.

  • Support the design and delivery of enhancements and projects that improve procurement functionality, performance, and user experience.

  • Work cross-functionally with business stakeholders, developers, and integration teams to ensure seamless end-to-end process delivery, including integration with SAP Ariba and OpenText VIM.

  • Act as a key escalation point for 2nd and 3rd line support, resolving complex issues and ensuring continuous improvement of the Source-to-Pay landscape.

About you:

  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with 5+ years working in SAP Source-to-Pay processes, ideally within a complex or global organization.

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience supporting OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), with a strong understanding of invoice processing and exception handling.

  • Proven involvement in full project lifecycles, from requirements gathering through to go-live and support, demonstrating strong delivery and documentation skills.

  • Agile mindset and adaptability, with the ability to embrace change, collaborate cross-functionally, and engage effectively with business stakeholders.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear, business-friendly language.

  • Nice to have: Experience with SAP Ariba and S/4 integration, plus relevant SAP and/or OpenText certifications.
