Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Operations Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will support the operational processes related to insurance cancellations and reinstatements. Your primary responsibilities will include billing support, data entry, policy verification, and coordination with insurance carriers to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions. This position is ideal for someone with strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process billing tasks related to insurance cancellation and reinstatement transactions.
- Conduct follow-up with insurance carriers when cancellation or reinstatement transactions are not completed within the expected time frame.
- Perform general data entry and updates in Salesforce.
- Verify data accuracy by comparing information in our system with insurance carrier systems.
- Validate that insurance policy premium amounts in our system align with carrier records.

Qualifications:

- Strong computer skills, including comfort with web-based applications and data entry.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Salesforce experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
