  • Create compelling value propositions and develop precise messaging for marketing collateral.
  • Work cross-functionally to support product adoption and go-to-market launches.

Responsibilities

  • Develop integrated marketing plans for our fintech portfolio companies from inception through follow-on funding rounds
  • Increase Team8’s fintech brand visibility and drive initiatives that will elevate the profile of Team8 and our portfolio companies in North America.
  • Articulate compelling value propositions for Team8’s early-stage fintechs and develop precise positioning and messaging for their websites, presentations, and other marketing collateral
  • Work cross-functionally on behalf of our fintech companies to fuel ongoing product adoption and go-to-market launches.
  • Identify and emphasize competitive differentiators: advocate for prospective users, be informed about our competitive landscape, and become the go-to expert to help shape thought leadership programs.
  • Create product, industry, and thought leadership content through blogs, white papers, eBooks, videos, web pages, presentations, and more.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Finech/Financial Services/Enterprise Technology marketing experience - preferably in product or content marketing
  • Professional experience in the US banking system is an advantage
  • Demonstrated track record of working across multiple teams and developing successful marketing plans and thought leadership programs.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of successfully launching, managing, and growing commercial software products
  • BS/BA degree required.
  • Excellent English
