Gett is a mobility provider and a B2B SaaS Company with the mission to organise all the best ground transportation options in one global platform with great UX, to save businesses time and money. 

We are looking for a Financial Applications Analyst to join our Finance IT team. This role involves close collaboration with global colleagues across Gett Finance, IT, Procurement, Product, Operations, HR, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage Gett’s financial solutions, including both hosted and cloud-based applications such as SAP Business One, procurement systems, contract management systems, travel, expenses, consolidations, etc.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for processes and procedures, implementing these projects on a global scale.
  • Support and conduct user acceptance testing and training on new and existing processes and features.
  • Perform administrative tasks, vendor coordination, configuration, maintenance, and end-user support.
  • Manage application and add-on upgrades, data migration, report writing, and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of technical and functional experience in ERP systems, specialising in financial modules.
  • Functional: Experience supporting accounting systems, with admin, finance, and purchasing modules. 
  • Technical: Experience writing SQL reports, Crystal Reports, add-ons, and integration implementations.
  • 1-2 years of experience with SAP B1 (SBO) - Advantage
  • Consolidation system (Tagetik) - Advantage
  • Familiarity with the B1Up add-on - Advantage
  • Experienced with Hana DB - Advantage
  • Fluent English
  • Personal Attributes: Team player with a positive, ego-free attitude, Strong understanding of business processes, Self-motivated and organised, Excellent communication skills, Ability to work well under pressure and get things done.
