We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Director HR & Talent Acquisition to lead our global people strategy. In this executive role, you will oversee the full spectrum of talent acquisition and HR operations, drive organizational effectiveness, and cultivate a high-performance culture across the company. This is a unique opportunity to shape the people strategy of a rapidly scaling, global organization at the forefront of the cybersecurity industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the global end-to-end talent acquisition strategy—from workforce planning and sourcing to hiring, onboarding, and retention.
  • Partner with executive leadership and department heads to assess organizational needs and ensure alignment between talent strategy and business goals.
  • Design and implement scalable HR frameworks, including processes, templates, internal documentation, and performance metrics.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact on all HR-related matters for employees, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Oversee employee relations and guide the organization through conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary action when necessary.
  • Champion a culture of diversity, inclusion, and continuous development.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role within fast-paced, global startup or tech environments.
  • Proven track record of leading successful talent acquisition strategies and building high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage at all organizational levels.
  • Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or other high-tech industries is highly desirable.
