We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Client & Partner Success Coordinator to join our remote team. This role is central to ensuring our clients and partners experience seamless onboarding and long-term success with Forwood. What You’ll Be Doing
Client Coordination & Onboarding

  • Schedule and organise client meetings, ensuring materials are prepared in advance
  • Maintain accurate client documentation
  • Support onboarding activities and workflows
  • Collaborate with the Client Success team for smooth transitions

Meeting & Project Administration

  • Manage meeting logistics, agendas, and materials
  • Take meeting minutes, track actions, and follow up
  • Support internal communication and alignment across teams
  • Assist with compiling client success stories and project reports

Reporting & Commercial Support

  • Compile and distribute monthly operational reports
  • Track purchase orders, renewals, and contract documentation
  • Support ad hoc reporting for internal stakeholders

Training & Enablement

  • Deliver system training to clients
  • Prepare presentation decks and materials for meetings
  • Help ensure clients understand system processes and best practices

Travel & Logistics Support

  • Coordinate travel logistics for team members
  • Monitor budgets and expense tracking spreadsheets
