Job Description:

Leads building the sourcing and candidate pipeline process for the organization. Supports and assists the recruitment function by sourcing and developing candidate pipelines to deliver the very best talent to meet operational need. Uses various methods and resources to identify, attract, and deliver top talent.

What You'll Do:

  • Hunt for Talent: Use your keen eye and creative sourcing strategies to find the best candidates across various platforms and networks.
  • Engage and Inspire: Build relationships with potential candidates, showcasing our company culture and opportunities.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with hiring managers and the recruitment team to understand the needs of each role and develop effective sourcing plans.
  • Innovate: Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously improve our sourcing techniques to attract top talent.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, business or related and/or Associates degree with equivalent experience, required.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in full cycle recruitment and/or talent sourcing, required.
High proficiency in sourcing tools, required including: social media, cold calling, professional networking, blogging, Career and Professional Association sites and Boolean searches.

Physical Requirements:

Interact with others by effectively communicating, both orally and in writing.- and -Operate computers and other office equipment requiring the ability to move fingers and hands.- and -See and read computer monitors and documents.- and -Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment.- and -May require lifting and transporting objects and office supplies, bending, kneeling and reaching.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. 

$29.66 - $46.72
