• Lead creative direction for multi-platform social campaigns, developing visual style guides that align with each client’s brand objectives and audience profiles.
• Conceptualise integrated campaign ideas (static, motion, interactive) in partnership with strategists and media planners, translating insights and KPIs into thumb-stopping concepts.
• Design and produce high-quality visual assets—from storyboards and key visuals to short-form video, reels, carousels, and display ads—using Adobe Creative Suite (PS, AI, PR, AE) and Figma.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, providing visual direction, reviewing copy for cohesion with design, and refining layouts to optimise message hierarchy and engagement.
• Own the end-to-end creative production pipeline, managing timelines, asset libraries, and file hand-offs to developers, media traffickers, and external vendors.
• Champion brand consistency and accessibility compliance, enforcing guidelines, colour-contrast, typography, and inclusive design principles across all deliverables.
• Stay ahead of social-platform trends and emerging formats, testing new creative techniques, AI tools, and motion styles, and sharing best practices with the wider team.
