Job Highlights:
Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: 9 AM to 6 PM Monday to Friday. May transition to a flexible schedule once the client is confident of your skills.

Drive lead generation initiatives using advanced tools and AI-powered systems
Manage end-to-end email campaign operations:
Configure and maintain email infrastructure
Coordinate technical setups with supplier teams
Ensure deliverability and compliance
Execute data-driven lead research and enrichment:
Conduct targeted LinkedIn and web research
Perform quality assurance on lead data
Create personalized outreach variables
Maintain robust reporting and analytics:
Track campaign performance metrics
Generate client-ready reports
Monitor and optimize campaign results
Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives
Eventually manage direct client relationships and communications
Essential Skills:
Strong English communication skills
Experience with data management and spreadsheets
Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional networking platforms
Basic understanding of email marketing principles

Experience:
1-3 years in similar roles are preferred, but hungry self-starters with less experience will be considered
