This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm North Carolina time, 1 hour unpaid break

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement efficient financial organization systems using MS Excel and QuickBooks
  • Process and maintain accurate financial records following US accounting standards
  • Create streamlined procedures for managing financial documentation
  • Collaborate directly with leadership on financial reporting and organization
  • Establish best practices for financial data management
  • Support month-end closing procedures and financial record keeping
  • Ensure compliance with US accounting requirements and standards


Requirements

  • Proven experience with US accounting standards
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and QuickBooks
  • Healthcare industry accounting experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Experience in creating and improving financial processes
  • Remote work experience preferred
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
