Role Overview:
As E-commerce Manager, you will own the end-to-end management of our online store. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing the user journey, improving website performance, and collaborating with marketing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize our Shopify store (products, categories, promotions, UX)
Oversee ecommerce performance reporting, including website analytics, conversion rates, and KPIs
Implement SEO, CRO, and digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales
Coordinate marketing campaigns across email, social media, and paid channels
Work closely with product, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure operational excellence
Manage agency and freelancer relationships as needed
Proactively identify website issues, troubleshoot, and liaise with technical support if necessary
Management and Training Coordination: Respond to emails, facilitate training, coordinate team activities, update work processes, and create comprehensive work guides
Assist the director with a range of business tasks including scheduling, reporting, supplier coordination, and project follow-ups
