Job Description

Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant podcast opportunities, focusing on shows that align with our brand values and target audience
  
• Conduct strategic outreach to podcast hosts and manage guest appearance scheduling
  
• Create engaging social media content that resonates with our dating-focused audience
  
• Maintain active presence across social platforms through regular posting and community engagement
  
• Track outreach efforts and success metrics, providing regular updates to leadership
  
• Build and nurture relationships with content creators and industry influencers
  
• Assist in developing and implementing social media growth strategies
  

• Demonstrated personal or professional experience with dating apps and social media platforms
  
• Strong understanding of dating industry trends and digital relationship dynamics
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  
• Previous experience in social media management or content creation
  
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
  
• Available for 10 hours per week with flexibility for future growth
  
• Experience with podcast outreach or PR is a plus
  
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
