As a System Admin at Floy, you’ll play a key role in making our AI solutions usable in everyday radiology practice. By ensuring smooth integration, secure infrastructure, and stable performance, you directly contribute to making our technology accessible, scalable, and impactful for both doctors and patients.
Your responsibilities
  • Ensure the reliable operation, monitoring, and maintenance of our on-premises servers and AWS infrastructure
  • Set up, configure, and maintain Linux-based systems for secure data processing and application hosting
  • Manage internal IT systems (e.g. user account provisioning, device management, office networking, printers, email, file sharing tools)
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees (laptops, accounts, access rights)
  • Maintain VPN connections and secure communication channels with external radiology partners
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to support deployment and integration of services
  • Perform regular backups, updates, and patching of systems
  • Monitor system health and respond to operational incidents
  • Contribute to basic automation tasks using tools like Ansible or shell scripting to reduce manual workload
  • Ensure adherence to IT security best practices and internal policies (e.g. access control, password management)
What are we looking for?
  • Proven experience as a System Administrator, IT Operations Engineer, or similar role
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Linux administration, system security, and networking
  • Experience managing AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, IAM)
  • Familiarity with common IT systems (email, endpoints, authentication, VPN, backups)
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks independently
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus

GOOD TO HAVE:
  • Basic scripting knowledge (e.g. Bash, Python)
  • Familiarity with automation tools (e.g. Ansible)
  • Experience with basic monitoring tools (e.g. Zabbix, Nagios)

We are looking for brilliant, hard-working people who strive to become recognised thought leaders in their domain. If you enjoy learning new things and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to meet you. Together, we will continuously tailor the role to your strengths and development goals.
Why us
  • Pioneer medical AI to maximize human health
  • Join an ambitious and supportive team that values individuals, dedication, and joyful work
  • Solve real-world problems with life-saving implications
  • Rapid learning with direct feedback, biweekly 1:1 sessions, and real impact
