Position Overview:

 

The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies that drive B2B lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in building an omni-channel digital marketing funnel, conversion strategies, and tech stack management. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader with strong technical expertise, creativity, and a passion for optimizing digital performance.

 


Key Responsibilities:

 

Digital Campaign Management:

  • Execute and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Meta), email marketing, and display ads.
  • Manage paid media buying on key platforms (Google Ads, Meta), including budget allocation, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Develop and manage landing pages optimized for conversion, including implementing A/B testing and basic CRO strategies.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop ad copy, creative assets, and landing page content that align with brand guidelines.
  • Implement and optimize lead generation funnels, CTAs, and forms to improve user experience and drive conversions.

Data-Driven Analysis & Reporting:

  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, CRM) to monitor KPIs, track campaign performance, and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Regularly report on key metrics such as website traffic, ad performance, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to inform decision-making and refine marketing strategies.

SEO/SEM & Content Optimization:

  • Apply basic SEO principles to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
  • Support SEM efforts by managing keywords, ad placements, and targeting strategies.
  • Ensure landing pages and content are optimized for both SEO and conversion.

Tech Stack Management:

  • Manage and maintain essential marketing tools, including Google Analytics, CRM, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper tracking, tagging, and data collection across
 


Qualifications:

 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 
  • Sufficient (5-7 years preferred)  digital marketing experience with a proven track record in building and running successful B2B lead generation programs.
  • Deep expertise in running core digital marketing channels, including email, paid search, paid social, on-site and more.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience directly in Google Analytics 4 (GA4),Google Ads, SEMrush, and other digital analytics platforms, as well as exporting data for deeper analysis in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Expertise in building and running a digitally driven funnel, including copywriting, creative development, landing page design, conversion rate optimization, and A/B testing.  
  • Proven experience managing a marketing tech stack and integrating tools for a cohesive workflow.
  • Deep understanding of marketing automation, including building and maintaining nurture campaigns.
  • Exceptional project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
 

Compensation:

 
  • $80,000 - $120,000 pr yr
