More than 190 health systems and over 1,200 hospitals and centers across 49 states rely on our award-winning products and expert change management services to increase patient access, decrease wait times, and reduce healthcare delivery costs. We have raised more than $300 million from top-tier investors such as Bain Capital, Insight Partners, and Goldman Sachs. We have been named among the top 100 AI companies in the world.

Please note that while this role is listed as available for remote, we are currently employing in the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, MT, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, WV. If your state is not listed, we may not be able to proceed with your application. We have offices in Santa Clara, CA and Charlotte, NC for employees who prefer to work regularly or occasionally from an office.

For this role, at least a BS or equivalent degree is required. You don’t need to meet every other requirement listed — we’re happy to train the right person. We’re especially open to recent graduates who have demonstrated leadership, initiative, or impact, whether through academic projects, internships, student organizations, research, or other meaningful experiences. If you’re excited about the role and think you could be a great fit, we’d love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Support successful customer implementations and expansions, contributing to projects from kickoff to go-live as a key team member.
  • Help coordinate cross-functional teams, track progress, and communicate clearly with both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Work with customer IT teams to connect their systems with iQueue, support data integration, assist with analysis, and help prepare environments for launch.
  • Clean and organize EHR data to ensure it’s accurate and ready to be used by our optimization tools.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, help troubleshoot issues, and ensure our solutions are making a meaningful difference.
  • Join site visits (up to 20% travel) to observe workflows, support go-lives, and provide hands-on training.
  • Help track key metrics, share progress updates, and contribute to case studies that highlight customer success.
  • Bring ideas from customer experiences back to our team to help shape the product and improve our approach.

  • WHAT YOU’LL BRING
  • Bachelor's degree; strong preference for mathematics/statistics, engineering/physics, data science, healthcare or clinical field - this is a must.
  • Comfort working with data, whether through coursework, internships, jobs, or personal projects. You should be able to work in spreadsheets, interpret trends, and pay close attention to details.
  • Experience with data analysis or visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. (How you craft your resume and reach out to us tells us a lot!).
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively and take initiative in a team environment, whether in academics, student organizations, volunteer work, or other group settings.
  • Proven organizational and problem-solving skills, demonstrated by seeing projects through from start to finish.
  • A genuine interest in helping others succeed. You care about solving problems, following through, and making things better for the customer.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage your own work, especially when juggling tasks across multiple projects.
  • Willingness to learn technical concepts (like healthcare data integrations) and collaborate with IT and engineering teams, even if you’re not an expert yet.

  • BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE
  • Experience (from school, internships, or jobs) in a customer-facing role, such as consulting, project management, customer success, engineering, or healthcare.
  • Exposure to project work or change management.
  • Experience working on healthcare products or within hospitals.
  • Experience with enterprise software products.
  • PMP certification or other formal project management training.
  • Clinical credentials or hands-on exposure to clinical environments.
  • A blog, article, or other published writing - especially on healthcare, tech, or data-related topics.

  • WHAT YOU'LL GET
  • Intellectual and emotional satisfaction of solving tough operational problems in healthcare while improving patient access and saving lives!
  • Competitive compensation package that includes base salary, target bonus, and stock options
  • 401(k) Match
  • Comprehensive healthcare benefits
  • Generous Paid Time Off and Parental Leave
