Job description

We're seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and organised Etsy Store Specialist to manage and grow our online storefront on the Etsy platform. You will be responsible for creating product listings, optimising shop visibility, handling customer inquiries, tracking orders, and ensuring a seamless eCommerce experience from start to finish.

Must Haves

Proven experience managing or assisting with an Etsy shop (or similar marketplace like Amazon Handmade, eBay, etc.)
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of Etsy SEO, keyword tools (like eRank or Marmalead), and shop analytics
Ability to work independently and handle multiple listings or orders at once
Proficiency in using Canva, Photoshop, or other tools for product photo editing (preferred)
Understanding of customer service best practices in eCommerce

Preferred Skills:

Experience with handmade, custom, vintage, or boutique product niches
Basic copywriting or marketing skills for writing product descriptions
Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Trello, or Notion for tracking work

Responsibilities

Job Timings: Night shift following US PST (Night Shift)
Office location: Off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi

Regarding the remote, the candidate will arrange a separate workspace and the required gadgets (Laptop-Corei5 6th generation minimum, noise-cancelling headphones, webcam, power backup)
