We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Trainee Recruiter to join our team and kickstart their career in technical recruiting. This role involves sourcing, screening, and engaging IT professionals, such as frontend, backend, full-stack, and DevOps engineers, among other profiles. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT profiles, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a high level of English proficiency.

Requirements:

  • Be located in Ecuador, Colombia, or Peru.
  • Availability to work full time, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00 GMT-05
  • Willingness to work in person occasionally.
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Knowledge of IT roles such as frontend, backend, full-stack, and DevOps engineers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Passion for learning and developing a career in IT recruitment.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • High English proficiency (minimum B2 level, C1 preferred) to communicate effectively with international candidates.
