Senior Casino Game Mathematician (Remote, Great Salary)

We are seeking a highly experienced Casino Game Mathematician to join our innovative and fast-paced team. This is a fully remote position, but we are looking for candidates located within 4 hours of Central European Time (CET) to facilitate collaboration.

You’ll play a critical role in designing and developing the core mathematical mechanics behind our games. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional looking to make a big impact in a creative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work independently to develop core game logic and mechanics in alignment with Product Team specifications
• Design, document, and maintain all mathematical models and documentation
• Participate in math reviews and team meetings to align on design and development goals
• Iterate on game models through various development phases, including versioning for multiple RTPs
• Collaborate closely with developers during testing phases to ensure accuracy and performance
• Build and maintain C#-based game simulators to verify math integrity and statistical expectations

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of proven experience in a similar role within the casino gaming industry
• A degree in Mathematics, ideally with a focus on probability or statistics
• Excellent analytical skills and deep understanding of game math and RNG-based systems
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-driven and highly organized, with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work in cross-functional teams
