Position: Remote Customer Service Representative - SAT

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound customer inquiries for clients in the SAT industry. This role requires a high level of professionalism and dedication to providing effective solutions to our customers’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services offered by our clients.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills and maintain a patient demeanor while assisting customers.
  • Document all interactions and maintain comprehensive records of customer communications.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service delivery and efficiency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and applications, with the ability to navigate multiple platforms.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with discretion.
  • Willingness to work in a remote environment with reliable internet connectivity.
  • Experience in the contact center industry is advantageous.

Technical Requirements:

  • A laptop or desktop PC (not a Mac, Surface, or Chromebook) with Windows 10.
  • Direct ethernet connection for internet access is mandatory.
  • USB headset (not wireless) featuring noise-canceling capabilities.
  • A functioning webcam (external or built-in) for video communication.
