Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

We’re expanding our team and seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) based in California who thrives in a remote setting and is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based psychological care. What You’ll Do:

Conduct remote psychotherapy sessions with individuals, couples, or families
Perform psychological assessments and evaluations as applicable
Develop and implement customized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities
Maintain timely and thorough documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards
Collaborate with peers in clinical consultation or optional team huddles
Option to supervise pre-licensed therapists or facilitate group therapy (if desired)
Serve a diverse, often underserved population using a culturally competent lens

Requirements

Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (PsyD or PhD)
Active California license (PSYD) in good standing
Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience preferred
Comfort with telehealth platforms (e.g., SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, Zoom)
Strong clinical judgment, cultural humility, and a client-centered mindset
Experience with CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, trauma-informed care, or integrative approaches
