Job Description

So, what will your new role look like?

Your day-to-day won’t be limited to writing code: you’ll be involved in every step of product development. You’ll take part in solution discussions, make technical decisions, ship features, and contribute to the overall user experience quality. You’ll work hand-in-hand with other squad members in a fast and effective feedback loop.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and sustainable software solutions that align with business and technical goals.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver valuable features from conception to production.
  • Take full ownership of the systems and features you build, ensuring their reliability and performance throughout their lifecycle.
  • Contribute to code reviews and technical discussions to uphold high quality standards and support continuous improvement.
  • Proactively suggest improvements, identify potential issues early, and influence team decisions without waiting for direction.

A typical week?

A week optimized for coding and thinking. There are no more daily meetings. The only scheduled team touchpoint is a Monday morning alignment. For the rest of the week, collaboration happens mostly asynchronously via Slack or through spontaneous discussions on Discord. You’ll have the time and space to focus without constant interruptions.

What does your future team look like?

A multidisciplinary squad in its early days: 2 to 3 developers (front-end and full-stack), a Product Manager, a Product Designer, and a Manager. The team is brand new, so you’ll be joining right at the start of the journey, with the opportunity to shape its culture and ways of working. Eventually, the team will grow to include up to 4 developers.

What are the next challenges awaiting your team?

The main challenge is to replace an existing application filled with technical debt. The goal is to rebuild equivalent (or better!) features in the new platform while ensuring a smooth and seamless transition for our users. This will require a solid understanding of the legacy system, making smart technical decisions, and delivering continuously and safely.

 All of this on which technical stack?

  • C#, .NET ;
  • React (TypeScript) ;
  • Azure, Azure DevOps ;
  • Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm ;
  • MongoDB.

Qualifications
  • Significant experience in fullstack development, ideally in a product-oriented environment.
  • Strong proficiency in C# and .NET for backend development, and solid knowledge of React (TypeScript) for the frontend.
  • Comfortable working with NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
  • Experience with Azure cloud and tools like Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
  • You’re comfortable with ambiguity: you ask questions, make proposals, and don’t wait for everything to be perfectly defined to move forward.
  • You’re autonomous, curious, and able to prioritize your time wisely in an asynchronous work environment.

We move quickly, we learn constantly, and we always keep our customers at the center of what we do.
