What We're Looking for

As our sole IT Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for everything IT at the company–owning our systems, tools, and support end-to-end. From onboarding and offboarding to managing devices and troubleshooting technical issues, you’ll ensure every team member stays productive and connected.

We’re looking for someone who thrives with autonomy, takes pride in being a reliable problem-solver, and moves quickly to keep things running smoothly. You should be comfortable being the first (and only) line of support, and eager to improve processes as we scale. This role is critical to our day-to-day operations and calls for someone ready to take full ownership and lead the function.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage IT onboarding and offboarding, ensuring seamless provisioning and deprovisioning of company hardware, software, and accounts
  • Work with team members in multiple locations remotely to provide support
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation, tracking hardware lifecycles and software licenses
  • Support our adoption of new tools, including management of users and configuration of SAML and other SSO mechanisms
What You’ll Bring
  • Relevant work experience or a graduate from a related educational program
  • Aptitude for systems configuration and setup
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management tools such as Kandji, along with endpoint protection platforms
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Zoom, Salesforce, Greenhouse and other user productivity tools
  • Familiarity with Apple hardware and software
  • A strong desire to work with a high degree of autonomy in a startup environment
  • An amazing attitude and the confidence to jump into a new challenge
