About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Finance Operations Manager to lead key cross-functional initiatives within the Finance team — with a primary focus on managing our global insurance programs and supporting M&A integrations. This role is ideal for someone with a solid operational and project management background, who can drive structure, accountability, and documentation across multiple stakeholders. Experience with insurance and M&A is a strong advantage, but not a strict requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Operational Ownership:

  • Lead end-to-end execution of finance-related operational projects, with a focus on insurance management and M&A support.

  • Drive cross-functional alignment, documentation, and follow-ups to keep stakeholders accountable and deliverables on track.

  • Create and maintain systems of record (trackers, calendars, databases, folders) for insurance, M&A, and other finance operations workflows.

Insurance Program Management:

  • Own and continuously update a master list of all insurance policies and brokers globally.

  • Maintain a summary dashboard/table of policies, coverage levels, costs, expiration/renewal timelines, and responsible brokers.

  • Build and maintain structured folders with policy documents, claims, and communications.

  • Develop and maintain a renewal calendar with alerts for key deadlines.

  • Create a knowledge base to support internal team understanding of insurance coverage and workflows.

  • Manage relationships with brokers globally, and coordinate renewals, policy changes, and expansions.

  • Coordinate across departments to ensure insurance policies support operational needs

M&A Integration Support :

  • Support the Finance team in integrating newly acquired entities from an operations and documentation perspective.

  • Act as the central point of contact for M&A integration projects, aligning internal teams (Finance, Legal, HR, IT, Ops, Product, etc.).

  • Develop and manage an integration project plan, timeline, and task list, with clear deliverables, owners, and milestones.

  • Lead regular integration check-ins, track status updates, and surface blockers or risks to leadership

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, or finance-related roles.

  • Proven ability to bring structure to ambiguity, work cross-functionally, and manage complex deliverables.

  • Independent worker who has proven success in project management and building infrastructure.

  • Strong organizational skills with a process mindset and attention to detail.

  • Experience with tools like Excel/Google Sheets, GDrive, Looker, or other knowledge/documentation platforms.

  • Clear communicator, confident managing both internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience managing insurance programs, broker relationships, or risk/compliance-related projects.

  • Exposure to M&A processes, especially post-merger integration.

  • Experience in a global, remote-first, or hyper-growth environment.
