We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief Customer Experience Officer (CCXO). This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation of the CCXO’s schedule and responsibilities in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, expertly managing diaries, travel, emails, and presentations while handling administrative tasks with efficiency and discretion.

What a Day In The Life Looks Like

  • Coordinate and manage the CCXO’s complex schedule, ensuring meetings and appointments are prioritised and seamlessly organised.
  • Arrange and oversee domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, itineraries, and travel documentation such as visas and expense reports.
  • Monitor and manage the CCXO’s inbox, drafting correspondence, flagging critical communications, and ensuring timely responses.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the CCXO, fostering relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion while maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability.

What You Bring To The Team

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior-level executives, with a track record of managing complex schedules and responsibilities.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with travel and expense management tools.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, coupled with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
