Job Description

Work closely with the product management team to track feature success metrics
Understand the functionality of our online platforms by reviewing product and technical requirements
Conduct independent analyses to support the product management team with actionable user behavior and business insights
Perform regular checks to ensure data integrity
Creation of KPI based dashboards for understanding complex business issues to enable strategic and operational decision-making

Qualifications

Bachelor/Master’s degree in a related field (e.g. business administration, economics, statistics, mathematics)
2+ years of relevant experience in an e-commerce/ internet-based company
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Solid experience writing SQL queries and with a knowledge of Tableau and Google Analytics
High affinity for numbers, unwavering attention to detail and a strong analytical mind
