What you'll do
A key part of this role is to optimize sales processes by continuously refining workflows to enhance efficiency, streamline operations, and drive excellence across the sales organization.
Sales analytics and forecasting play a key role in tracking pipeline trends, analyzing forecasts, and delivering actionable insights that support sales growth and strategic decisions.
Pricing and deal desk management ensures smooth execution of pricing strategies, from initial pricing models to final negotiated deals, keeping approvals transparent and margins optimized.
CRM and data management involves maintaining clean, accurate, and enriched Salesforce data, managing leads, accounts, and opportunities to support effective sales operations.
Cross-functional collaboration fosters strong partnerships with teams across marketing, finance, legal, and sales enablement, ensuring alignment and efficiency in sales strategies.
Strategic planning and performance reviews drive territory modeling, quarterly business reviews, and executive reporting to evaluate performance and refine future strategies.
You'll be using
Experience with SaaS software sales and the P&C Insurance Industry a plus.
5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related role.
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret sales data and trends.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Salesforce and sales technology tools (Gong, Altify, ZoomInfo, Loopio, 6Sense, etc).
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
