Key responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Providing legal guidance and support to the business.
  • Conducting and managing KYC and due diligence processes for third parties.
  • Staying updated on legislative changes and advising the company accordingly.

Your impact

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and other contracts
  • Providing legal guidance and assistance, as required by the business
  • Being a part of the legal compliance team - conducting and managing KYC and due diligence processes to third parties.
  • Keeping up to date with legislative and other changes and advising the business as appropriate
  • Handling various tasks assigned to you 

Requirements

Your tool box

  • Qualified lawyer and a member of the local bar association.
  • At least 3 years’ experience working at a large/medium size law firm or in-house, preferably at a High Tech company
  • Experience in practicing law in the compliance domain.
  • Experience in export, trade or anti-bribery and corruption compliance - an advantage
  • Ability to draft, negotiate and close contracts
  • Ability to work in a multi stakeholder global organization, team player
  • Business-oriented with a good sense of risk management
  • Proven independent learning skills and ability to gain expertise in new domains
  • Self-driven and highly motivated to contribute to the success of the company
  • English at mother tongue level
